Skylo Studios Terms of Service

• Currency: All prices are in AUD (Australian Dollars).
• Right to Refuse Service: I reserve the right to refuse service to any customer.
• Respectful Communication: You are expected to be respectful toward me and those around me. Bullying, hate speech, or any form of disrespect will not be tolerated.
• Payment: All payments are required in full via PayPal before work begins, with proof of payment.
• Changes and Adjustments: Major changes must be requested within 24 hours of receiving the asset. If no notification is provided within this timeframe, the commission is considered complete and finalized.
• Refund Policy: Refunds are conditional and may not be provided if significant work on the commission has been completed.
• Learning and Flexibility: Please remember that I am new and still learning. I am open to discussing what can and cannot be done.
• Substance Painter Files: If applicable, you must provide the Substance Painter file(s) for texturing.
• Unity Packages: You are responsible for providing any Unity package(s) or project files necessary for the commission.
• Assets: Please ensure all assets you wish to include in the project are provided and appropriately organized.
